Automatic Pre-treatment Line Roller Type Shot Blasting Machine For Steel Plate Surface
Main Features:
1. Steel plate shot blasting machine has three kinds of pass through mode:
(1) Roller conveying pass through type; (2) trolley pass through type; (3)hanger pass through type.
2. Widely used in the industry of steel plate, steel structure, engineering machinery, bridge building and so on. After shot blasting, the machine can remove the rust, oxide layers, welding slag and other pollutant and can also eliminate welding residual stress and surface stress force.
3. After treatment, it can improve painting or coating film adhesion with steel, improve anti-rust capacity, improve the quality and prolong the use life of steel structure.
4. The steel shots blasted out by blasting turbines will be collected, purified by recycling circle system and continue to be fed for shot blasting turbines.
5. The working process of shot follows recycling system: after shot blasting out by turbine, steel shots will be collected by longitudinal screw conveyor and transported to bucket elevator, then the bucket elevator will lift them to air wash type separator.
6. During the air wash type separator, the dust and broken steel shots will be separated from usful steel shots and good steel shots will enter storage bin and then enter the blasting turbine.
