Automated Aerospace Precision Machining Shot Peening System For Aircraft Structure Parts

This is our CNC 5 axis shot peening machine, which is particularly design with a main cabinet and a sub cabinet for peening larger aircraft structure parts,and other workpiece like engine parts can be shot peening in this machine. 4 guns can be set to rotate to peening the planar surface to raise efficiency, or just install one gun onto the A axis to achieve accuracy peening. As per the requirement of AMS2430 & AMS 2432, Monitoring computer, vibratory media classifier and spiral separator are mounted in this system.
