Tumble Belt Type Shot Blasting Machine For Batches Of Casting Metal Parts
Working Principle:
Our tumble belt type shot blasting machine is covered with wear guards inside of shot blasting chamber room. The steel shots enter the high-speed rotating impeller from shot blasting head chute by its own weight, and rotate with impeller. Under the effect of the centrifugal force, the steel shots enter into the regulating sleeve, and throwed out from the square window of the regulating sleeve. Then reached to the high-speed rotating blades. The steel shots perform acceleration motion from the inside to the outside of the blade surface, and finally are blasted out to the work pieces with a certain linear speed in blower shape to give powerful hitting and shaving to the surface of the work pieces, so as to achieve the effect to clean oxide layer and the agglutinated stain. Finally, the shoot particles lose energy, slide along the slope below the host, delivered to the bottom of the elevator, through the screw conveyor,then lifted by the bucket elevator, sent to the shots and sand separator above the hoister. Finally, slide along the chute back to the shot blasting head, perform next round cycle working. Workpiece loaded on the tumble rubber belt, flipping with the tumble belt motion, so that the surface of all workpiece can be cleaned up uniformly.

5.The offloading of the parts is obtained by the anti-rotation of the belt conveyor. Finished parts can fall directly into the empty container or through an optional offloading belt or vibrating conveyor.
