Our Q3210 automatic loading tumble belt shot blasting machine is widely used for surface cleaning of multi-species, large quantities of parts. The workpiece can get good quality material true colors after shotblasting process, to provide a good base surface before painting, coating and electroplating
Product Application:
1.Tumble Rubber Belt Machine(hydraulic) is particularly designed for handling batches of small castings, precision plastic workpieces, pieces of copper, aluminum parts, and the special design of its U-shaped endless belt allows the workpiece to produce a wave-like motion when passing through a shot blasting machine to ensure all the workpiece processing results are consistent
2.This compact shot blasting machine uses wear resistant rubber belt to load castings.
3.Our tumble belt shot blast machines with rubber belt conveyor are widely used for the surface treatment of batches of parts, can be optionally loaded automatically by means of a hydraulic skip loader.
4.The belt is made of wear resistant rubber.Rotation can make the parts tumbling, and by this motion, the whole surfaces of the parts can be exposed to the shots thrown by the turbines.
5.The offloading of the parts is obtained by the anti-rotation of the belt conveyor. Finished parts can fall directly into the empty container or through an optional offloading belt or vibrating conveyor.
