Applications:
Scope: includes blast cleaning welded steel fabrications, die cast parts, steel structural parts, aluminum alloy parts etc. Batches of small components or singular large, heavy workpieces can be treated. This flexibility is achieved by several special features.
Blast Wheel:
Our blast wheels can realize a very efficient abrasive pre-acceleration, which allows for short treatment times, high performance and a superior blast process.
Rotation and oscillation:
In order to achieve complete coverage, the workpiece carring hooks rotate and stop automatically at three points inside the blasting chamber. This rotation and oscillation process means that even highly complex workpieces processing, with hard to reach surfaces, can be safely and accurately treated.
Optional hooks and hoist:
The transport system can be designed for different weights. As an option, carrying hooks can be available with integrated chain hoists for operational ease and safety.
